Welcome To The PCAPNA Website!

 The mission of the Polk County Advance Practice Nurse’s Association (PCAPNA) is to encourage networking between the advanced practice nurses in Polk County. The PCAPNA  encourages networking at a statewide, national and international level. PCAPNA strives to provide educational and professional development among advanced practice nurses, as well as act as a resource for advance practice nurses in regards to research; evidence based practice; best practice issues; and policy and political issues. The PCAPNA will work to provide legislative leadership, advocate for health policy, and serve as a resource for the advanced practice nurse; their patients and all heath care consumers.
